We do not charge any fees to download or use the Devon Bank Mobile App. However, you should check with your wireless service provider to see if any connectivity or usage rates may apply.
You must be enrolled in our online banking in order to access the Devon Bank Mobile App. If you are not currently enrolled in online banking or you have not logged in within the last six months, please contact a personal banker at (773 or 847) 465-2500.
Yes, you must use the same user name and password. If you forgot your user name or password, please contact a personal banker at (773 or 847) 465-2500.
You can see the same accounts you currently access through your online banking.
You can view your balances, transfer funds, pay bills and deposit checks (the mobile deposit feature allows you to take a picture of the front and back of the check, and deposit it remotely into your account).

Our app is free to download in the iTunes App Store, Google Play and Windows Store.
The same security features and industry standard we utilize for online banking will apply to mobile banking.
You should always use the log off button to close the session after using the Devon Bank mobile app or site. For your security, even if you do not log out, your session will time out after 5 minutes of inactivity. After this, anyone using your mobile device will have to enter your Devon Bank Mobile App user ID and password to access your account information. If your mobile device is stolen, you should consider contacting your wireless service provider to have your device deactivated, and wipe out all apps and data on that device.
Do not store your user ID and password information in the Notes app.
